Isolated soy protein


The isolated soy protein is a very soluble product, which may be successfully used in many applications within the meat industry. It has very good emulsification properties, forming a stable emulsion and it has also good jellying properties.
Besides excellent performances of water binding and of emulsification of greases, this product is not becoming dusty, having a pleasant flavor and a high nutritive level.
